A survey by CouponCodesPro reveals that 68% of Facebook users have friends on the social network that they don't like. Other findings:

- the average Facebook user has five people on their friends list that they'd never want to spend time with in real life

- 50% of people have Facebook friends that they would avoid on the street

- the average person has 671 Facebook friends, of which 18 are considered true friends

DUMB THINGS MEN BUY

So many of the decisions men make and the things that they do are with the goal of attracting women. It’s just how men are wired.

Well, that wiring causes guy to buy some dumb stuff, including:

Watches – Does an over-sized, over-priced watch really make women swoon?

Sports cars – When you get older and fatter and you lose your hair, you have to compensate somehow.

Gigantic televisions – There is a pride of ownership when your TV is bigger than anything your friends have. It makes you feel like the king of the mountain.

A home gym – Mostly a dumb purchase because guys buy them and then quickly stop using them. (WAToday)

BACON SEAWEED

This is great news … especially for pigs. Scientists have developed a superfood seaweed that apparently tastes just like bacon.

Researchers at Oregon State University have developed  a red marine algae called "dulse" that they say has “a pretty strong bacon flavor” when fried in a pan. And this algae has twice the nutritional value of kale. A superfood that tastes like bacon? Science is awesome. (KPTV)
